Also when my car got broken into, she helped me speed the process up to get the claim going and even went out of her way to help me correct my claim amount— quick—a tedious process for anyone! "I’m a property manager and have several tenants who exclusively speak Spanish that were having a difficult time finding an agent, and office, that speak fluent Spanish. Another agency suggested Mayra and her team. My call was answered promptly and the staff were super friendly and very helpful.
